1. The job. Your AI employee keeps track of the invoices your customers have not paid yet, and reminds them politely.

2. How it works. Every weekday morning it checks your list of unpaid invoices. When one is more than 14 days late, it writes a friendly reminder to that customer. It shows you every reminder first, and nothing is sent until you say yes. Every Monday it tells you who still owes you money.

3. What it needs from you. Your list of invoices (a spreadsheet is fine) and the email address the reminders should come from.

Why not Claude's own scheduled tasks or routines?

Anthropic's cloud tasks now run with your laptop closed, and for a self-contained prompt they are a good fit. Tasks that use a local folder, Claude Code sessions and Remote Control still need your own machine awake.
